Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment at any time, due to practitioner availability or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at the time of booking.
3. Health Services Disclaimer
All services provided are by Accredited Practising Dietitians and are intended to support, not replace, care provided by your medical practitioner.
While we aim to provide accurate and evidence-based information, you acknowledge and agree that:
